What is the first thing you do in the morning?

Shower, straight away

What is your morning skincare regime?

Cleanse in the shower with MD Rejuvena daily cleanser, then apply Aspect Dr Multi B and Active C, then Aspect Dr Resveratrol moisturiser and Cosmedix Reflect SPF.

What is your evening skincare regime?

I cleanse with Aspect Dr Deep Clean, then apply Environ ACE oil and use my dermal roller every second night.

What is the last thing you do before you go to sleep?

Drink a glass of water and put my phone on charge.

What makeup products can you not be without?

Eve Lom tinted moisturiser.

Do you have any skin or beauty secrets / tricks?

I use my dermal roller regularly.

What is your favourite skincare treatment?

HydraFacials with LED Light Therapy! They leave my skin hydrated and glowy and also help with my eczema.

What’s your biggest beauty indulgence?

Regular treatments at Avenue Advanced Skincare for pre-wedding prep.

What is your everyday makeup regime?

A tiny bit of concealer under my eyes, eyeliner, mascara and Nars bronzer.

What does your diet look like on a day to day basis?

I avoid gluten and dairy. Each morning I make a smoothie with coconut milk, avocado, spinach, chia seeds and berries. Lunch is a salad or sushi and for dinner, meat and salad or Asian.

Do you take any skin-boosting supplements?

Miss Vitality Elevate tea, fish oil and BioCeuticals Vit C.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?

To have a daily skin care regime and stick to it.

What’s the best tip you’ve learned from being in the fashion industry?

To stick to and be confident in your personal style and not follow trends.

What is one thing that all woman should own?

A really great handbag.
