You must not visit the clinic if:
- You are a close contact of a COVID-19 positive person
- Have been in a red zone
- Feel unwell
If you have an appointment and are feeling unwell:
- If you are experiencing any signs of illness (runny nose, sore throat, upset stomach, body aches, temperature, cough or flu-like symptoms), we ask that you call us as soon as possible to postpone or reschedule your appointment.
Consultations
Regarding consultations, one benefit is that we have become experts in the use of video consultations! This means that for our many patients from country Victoria and interstate, as well as during lockdowns, our initial consultations and follow-ups can be done by video. Many of our patients comment how a video consultation is just like being here in person. In other words we are able to show before and after photographs and even perform computerised imaging on your own photograph – just as we do in a normal face to face consultation.

As always, your health and well-being is our priority. With this in mind, in response to the issues surrounding COVID-19, we have adjusted the way we provide our services to you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these safety measures at our clinic which include:
- Masks are required except as needed for care or examination
- Physical distancing whenever possible
- Patients are asked to use hand sanitiser and scan the QR code to check-in upon entry to the clinic
- Regular hand hygiene is practised by all staff
- Regular cleaning and sanitisation of all areas
The Avenue Aesthetic Surgery team works diligently to implement all new COVIDSafe protocol updates into our already impeccable medical standards. Rest assured we are dedicated to keeping our patients, our staff and community healthy.
